Every vehicle gets a condition report at pickup and at delivery, so your sales and service teams know exactly how each unit arrived. If a unit doesn’t run, or has a dead battery or a missing key, note it up front so the carrier comes prepared.

• Remove personal items, toll transponders and garage remotes.
• Take dated photos of all four sides before the driver arrives.
• Leave roughly a quarter tank of fuel and note any leaks or warning lights.
• Tell us about lifts, lowered suspension, oversized tires or a non-running vehicle so the right trailer is booked.
• At delivery, compare the car to the pickup condition report before you sign.
